Step away from the pressures of everyday life and reconnect through creativity and breath.

I believe creativity can be a way back to ourselves.

A way to slow down, breathe, reconnect, quiet the noise, and make space for the present moment.

My work is rooted in creative experiences, mindfulness, breathwork and nervous-system regulation. I create experiences where you don’t need to be artistic, have the right words, or know exactly what you need before you arrive; just come, have fun and create - no experience is needed!

I have always been drawn to art and creativity, nature and the freedom of travel. I love putting paint on paper, exploring color, movement, being outside, laughing deeply and creating spaces where people can feel a little more like themselves.

Welcome — I’m Holly

I have always been curious about people, places and the world around me.

That curiosity allowed me to travel around the world, explore new cultures, travel independently as a woman, and challenge myself to step outside my comfort zone—sometimes quite literally - bungy jumping!! Those experiences allowed me to see life from different perspectives and immerse myself in the world's richness. They also helped shape the curiosity and sense of connection that I now bring into my life.

But my own path was not perfectly straight.

For years, I knew what it was like to move through life while carrying stress, pressure and a busy mind. I also knew the feeling of wanting something deeper — more connection, more presence, more freedom and more room to breathe. Those experiences led me toward mindfulness, creative practices, breathwork, embodied awareness and nervous-system regulation.

For much of my life, I have been someone who feels things deeply. I have moved through seasons of motherhood, transitions in my life that involved career changes, anxiety, grief, and navigating health diagnoses and recovery.

But as I began exploring creativity more deeply, I realized that making art could offer something more. Through process painting, I experienced what it felt like to create without trying to make something beautiful, impressive or “right.” I could make something for just me.

My own experiences with stress and anxiety made me curious about the nervous system and the ways our bodies respond to the demands of everyday life. Through breathwork, mindfulness and embodied practices, I began learning how powerful it can be to slow down enough to notice what is happening inside of us.

I want you to walk into one of my experiences and feel that you can exhale.

You don’t have to be “good at art”. You can simply begin.

Together, we’ll explore intentional breathing practices in a warm and welcoming environment, with time to settle into your body, notice your breath, and simply be present.

No previous breathwork experience is needed. Come exactly as you are.

This session is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, connect with yourself and others, and explore how the breath can support greater presence, grounding, and nervous-system regulation.

Everything will be gently guided, with space to move at your own pace and listen to what feels right for you.

If you’re craving a quieter start to your day, meaningful connection, or simply a moment to breathe, you’re welcome here.

My hope is that you leave feeling a little more spacious, grounded, connected, joyful and curious — with a renewed sense of creativity and practices you can carry into your everyday life. Sometimes we simply need a little space for us.
